Hollywood Today Live

Brooke a poursuivit la tournée promotionnelle de “Gourmet Detective” en assistant à l’émission “Hollywood Today Live”, le 7 octobre. Elle a révélée une information supplémentaire sur sa grossesse: elle attend une fille! Elle et Gavin ont déjà deux filles; Brooke a Madison 16 ans et Gavin a une fille de 14 ans.

Le 7 octobre dernier, Brooke a assistée à l’émission “Home & Family” en compagnie de Dylan Neal pour faire la promotion de “Death Al Dente: A Gourmet Detective Mystery”. Lors de cet émission, Brooke a annoncée une grande nouvelle: elle et son époux attendent un enfant!!! Toute l’équipe de Lovely Brooke leur souhaite beaucoup de bonheur, d’amour et un bébé en santé.

“The Chase” Continues Its Fourth Season With All-New Episodes

Reboot of the Classic Game Show “Chain Reaction” Will be Hosted by Mike Catherwood

June 3, 2015 – Santa Monica, CA – GSN, the leader in game shows and competitive entertainment, announced today it will air never-before-seen episodes of its Emmy®-nominated hit game show, THE CHASE followed by the debut of an all-new edition of the popular word association game show CHAIN REACTION, beginning Thursday, July 16th at 8PM ET/PT (7pm CT).

The popular quiz show, THE CHASE, now in its fourth season, will air Thursdays at 8pm ET/PT. The show is hosted by Brooke Burns and features the brilliant and intimidating Mark Labbett (aka “The Beast”) facing down all challengers in the ultimate trivia challenge.

At 9pm, GSN will debut an all-new version of the popular word association game show CHAIN REACTION. The classic half-hour game show – which originally debuted in the 1980s – features two teams competing against one another to complete a chain of seven words, after the first and last words of the chain are revealed. Each word in the chain is related in some way to the word directly above and below it. By making inferences based on the revealed words and the revealed letters in incomplete words, contestants try to fill in the word chains to score points.

The newest iteration of CHAIN REACTION will be hosted by radio and television personality Mike Catherwood. He has appeared on Dancing with the Stars, Undateable and guest hosted on Live! With Regis and Kelly. Catherwood is also the co-host of the cult classic radio show, Loveline with Dr. Drew Pinsky, where he offers relationship advice to callers. Mike is also a regular on the new Dr. Drew show on HLN and he co-hosts a daily radio show on Los Angeles radio station KABC.

The new episodes will be produced by Sony Pictures Television. Vincent Rubino (The Newlywed Game, Million Dollar Password) serves as executive producer.

In THE CHASE, a team of three contestants attempts to amass as much money as possible by answering quick-fire questions in a 60-second round. The money earned goes into a team bank, but their ability to keep the money can be thwarted by “The Beast,” who is always lurking, ready to pounce. The Beast, at 6’7” and 370 lbs., with degrees from Oxford, Exeter and Glamorgan universities, is a trivia master extraordinaire and giant in every way. The job of this intimidating presence is to catch each contestant by answering more questions than his opponents, to ensure they are not able to keep their money. It’s a role he executes with ruthless efficiency. In the final round, the teammates who have survived their initial “chase” collectively play against The Beast in an epic David vs Goliath battle for the entire amount they have banked.

Based on the highly successful UK format, THE CHASE is produced by ITV Studios America with Bob Boden, Michael Kelpie and Martin Scott serving as Executive Producers.

New Seasons Debut in 2015

Both seasons will air in 2015.

Dating series IT TAKES A CHURCH, which premiered in June, features Christian congregations across the U.S. in a matchmaking competition to help one unattached fellow congregant find his or her partner. Hosted by Grammy® nominated Curb recording artist Natalie Grant, each one-hour episode features a church from a different region of the country. In its inaugural season, more than seven million viewers tuned into IT TAKES A CHURCH. The show delivered triple-digit growth among W18-34 (+100%) and W18-49 (+117%), and double-digit growth among W25-54 (+94%), P18-49 (+92%) and P25-54 (+72%), vs. GSN’s year-to-date time period average.

Casting Commences Today for Season Three

March 18, 2014 (New York, NY) – GSN has renewed its hit original series THE CHASE for a third season. The one-hour quiz show, in which three contestants battle in a fast-paced competition against an all-knowing opponent known as The Beast, is produced by ITV Studios America. The network has ordered 13 episodes for season three, which is slated to air later this year. THE CHASE currently airs on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. (ET/PT).

ABC preparing new game ‘You Deserve It’ hosted by Chris Harrison and Brooke Burns
New show has players trying to win thousands — for somebody else

ABC will add “You Deserve It,” a new trivia competition, toits line up on Nov. 21.

The show, hosted by Chris Harrison (“The Bachelor”) and Brooke Burns, is a contest with contestants who are actually trying to win money for someone else.

Players start out with $10,000 a round, and use that money to purchase a series of clues to help solve puzzles and win money. The rounds eventually go up to $250,000 each.

The person who gets the winnings is not at the show, but rather under constant hidden-camera surveillance. After a win, Burns tells the unsuspecting person about the victory and prize.

The show is produced by Kinetic Content and was created by Dick de Rijk, who also created “Deal or No Deal.”
